Introducing "FUNCTIONS'N'FROLICS", DTP's brand-new "Celebration Curation" service. Specialising in Hen Parties/Stag Do's & Birthday Celebrations (of all significant ages), this service offers you the opportunity to create the ULTIMATE party with the help of seasoned professionals within the field of Events. Our team at DTP will work with you using our THREE STEP Planning-Pipeline model (which we utilise across all of our current productions): Development, Production & Delivery.

Let's go into some more detail...

STEP 1: DEVELOPMENT

​

First, we will meet with you to discuss your plans in detail. Maybe it's a friends "Hen Party" or your sister's "30th Birthday Celebration". We will discuss budget and what is attainable within this. Next, we'll assist you in finding the perfect venue for your celebrations (we work with venue's that we have a current relationship with, as well as new venues), and iron out details of the WHEN and the WHERE without you having to lift a finger. Leave it to us!

STEP 2: PRODUCTION

​

Once the venue is secured, we will create PERSONALISED INVITATIONS for you to send to guests, with your celebration in mind. From there comes the finer details, including ENTERTAINMENT, CATERING, PHOTOGRAPHY & DRESSING THE VENUE. We offer Drag Entertainment via SYNC'N'SING (budget dependant), and are well connected across the field of Entertainment with a roster of Bands, Live Vocalists and Specialist Acts to choose from. We also offer Quiz, Bingo, Speed Dating, and various other activities to jam-pack your celebration with fun and frolics. Similarly, we will liaise with suppliers of catering, decorations, and any other finer details, so that you can minimise the stress that comes with organising a celebration, and focus on getting ready to party!

STEP 3: DELIVERY

​

After everything is settled, all that is left to do is DELIVER THE CELEBRATION. On the day of your celebration, we will act as "Event Coordinator" to ensure that everything is ready. We will liaise with Entertainment, Catering & Venue Dressing so that the only thing left to do is enjoy yourself! We can stick around for as long, or as little, as you would like. Our job is to ENSURE that the celebration that you pitched to us in the "Development" step is DELIVERED to the highest standard.

Sounds good, right? With DTP's FUNCTIONS'N'FROLICS, you'll receive a dedicated Event Coordinator who is well versed in the events sector. Our coordinators all deliver to the standard of DTP produced events such as STEAMIN', Fantasy, Hot Heels: Drag Cabaret & Dine'n'Drag. Since 2021, we have simply delivered quality.
